I was sort of disgusted by this myself, so I didn't want to post it at my normal lair. So where better than NSFW Comix? Prepare yourself, this one has actual sex scenes as opposed to my last one.

Harley Quinn was inside a van parked in front of a Gotham hospital. In a few moments, as soon as she got the go-ahead from the Joker, she would be sneaking inside to steal the supply of Hanrax, a drug that, when condensed and liquified, could knock an elephant unconscious for over six hours with only a drop. Hanrax was key in the Joker's next great boner, and this mission was too important for Harley to screw up.
The light next to the radar turned on. That was her signal. Leaving the back of the van, she pulled out a small device. On the side of the building was the backup generator. Quietly, she attached the device, which immediately activated the generator and overloaded the circuits. A fire should have started on the west side of the hospital. Harley made it over in time to see the last of the patients leave the building. She cut some wires at the two nearest fire stations, so she figured she had plenty of time until anyone showed up. Harley made her way through a first-story window in search of the Hanrax.
"It should be on the fourth story in the supply room..." Harley muttered to herself while walking down the hall. "If the place wasn't so big, I'd find it in no time"
Harley walked into a room expecting walls of boxes and papers and perhaps a ladder. What she found was the room where the newborn babies were kept. "Blasted map" she cursed. The room appeared to be empty save one baby cube on the far left side of the room.
"Why would one baby be left behind?" she wondered aloud. As she approached it, she experienced a mix of feelings she had not felt since joining the Joker. She felt sympathy, disgust, intrigue, and many others. This child was not like the others. This one was special.
This baby was born with a condition known as "Harlequin type ichthyosis", or "Harlequin fetus syndrome". The skin of the baby was wrong; diamond shaped patches of skin were growing on it's surface. The eyelids of the child were turned inside out. The mouth was a round hole in it's face. It was a boy in need of security in the empty hospital. Harley Quinn slowly wrapped her arms around his fragile body. She held him on her chest for what seemed like ages.
He was hungry. She could just tell from the bond they seemed to have. There was no food for this baby anywhere; in the panic, formula was on the floor and left out to go bad. Her only choice was to feed him herself. She unzipped the back of her costume to release her breasts that she knew wouldn't have the milk to satisfy the child, but would at least keep him occupied. She placed his head at her left nipple and he began to suck as well as his contracted mouth could, on her breast.
Harley Quinn hadn't felt this proud in her entire life. She considered this baby hers, and he was overcoming his condition and trying to eat. Somehow, the newborn seemed like more than just her child. She cradled him as she tried to comprehend her feelings. She looked down at him sucking on her perky breasts and felt exited, almost aroused. It was at that moment that she decided to blow off her original mission to take care of the infant.
Harley was naked. It must have had been half an hour, and she didn't remember taking off the rest of her outfit. She had been rubbing her crotch while looking at the hungry baby without realizing it. Suddenly she felt disgusted with herself for thinking of doing the unspeakable. But she couldn't push the thought out of her mind. It wouldn't hurt to give him a taste, would it? When their bodies were found, police were disgusted by the scene.
